On Sunday, February 1, 2026, An Lac Mission and An Lac Vietnamese Language School organized the 2026 Vietnamese New Year Festival at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center, and the event was a great success, filled with joy and warmth.
We sincerely thank the Most Venerable Thich Thong Hai, the monastic Sangha, the Buddhist community, honored guests, singers, performers, production teams, lion dance group, teachers, parents, students, and all who contributed their time, effort, and/or donations to make this festival possible. We also extend special thanks to local businesses, our supporters near and far, and Thằng Mõ Newspaper for their assistance with advertising and sponsoring.
With deep respect and gratitude, we thank all monastics, and everyone who helped make the fair a success. In the event of any oversights or imperfections, we sincerely ask for your kindness and understanding. We hope you will continue to support our future Vietnamese New Year festivals.
As we welcome the New Year, we pray for the Buddha’s blessings for the Most Venerables, all monks and nuns, wishing you health, wisdom, peace, and success. We also wish all our guests and families peace, good health, and happiness in the coming year.
