Reiki Sound Bath with Tomoko
Relax and rejuvenate in Reiki Sound Bath!
You don’t need to do anything! Sound and Reiki energy will take care of you. We start the event with Reiki Healing Attunement!
The Center has some mats, blankets and cushions. You can bring your own Yoga mat or pillows for your comfort.
You may need an eye mask or an eye pillow.
Suggested donation is $10.
Kathina | Robe Offering Ceremony | Camarillo Buddhist Center
On behalf of our fellow temple, Camarillo Buddhist Center, we warmly invite all members and friends of Ventura Buddhist Center to join the upcoming Kathina – Annual Robe Offering Ceremony on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Your generous financial contributions toward the Robe Offering Ceremony are deeply appreciated. Donations may be made by check, or through Zelle or Venmo.
We especially encourage everyone to attend the main ceremony from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Many of you have already received the Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony flyer by mail.
In preparation for this important event, please note:
The Yoga Class on Saturday and Yoga Nidra Class on Sunday will not be held.
The Echoes of Peace – Blessings Ceremony will take place on Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m.
On Saturday, October 11, as time permits, please join us in cleaning, preparing, and setting up the temple for the Kathina Ceremony.
