Reiki Sound Bath
Take a moment to slow down and find your center with a relaxing Reiki sound bath.
The center provides mats, blankets, and cushions for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own. You may also want to bring an eye mask or eye pillow to help you rest more deeply.
